The prices shown are starting prices for basic service on standard commuter bikes. Final pricing depends on your bike model, service requirements, and parts needed. We provide a detailed estimate before starting any work, and you only pay after the service is completed to your satisfaction. There are no hidden charges or surprise fees.

No! The prices shown already include doorstep service at your location. Unlike traditional workshops where you spend time and fuel traveling, we come to you at no extra cost. For locations beyond 10km from central Pune, a minimal travel charge may apply, which we'll inform you about upfront during booking.

No advance payment is required. We believe in trust and transparency. Our mechanic will arrive at your location, inspect your bike, explain what needs to be done, provide a cost estimate, and only proceed with your approval. You pay only after the work is completed and you're satisfied with the service. We accept cash, UPI, cards, and all digital payment methods.

Basic consumables like engine oil, oil filter, and general service items are included in the service price. However, if your bike needs specific parts replacement (like brake pads, spark plugs, battery, etc.), those parts are charged separately at competitive market rates. We always inform you about parts needed and their costs before proceeding with the replacement.

Standard commuter bikes (Hero Splendor, Honda Shine, Bajaj Platina, TVS Apache 160) get the base pricing. Mid-range bikes (Pulsar 220, FZ, Apache 200) may cost ₹100-200 more. Premium bikes (Royal Enfield, KTM Duke, high-capacity bikes) may cost ₹200-500 more due to specialized requirements, premium oils, and additional labor. We'll provide exact pricing for your specific bike model when you contact us.

Yes! We offer comprehensive service packages that bundle multiple services at discounted rates. For example, our 'Complete Care Package' includes general service + washing + chain maintenance for ₹699 (saving ₹200+). We also offer loyalty discounts for repeat customers and special rates for fleet/corporate bookings. Contact us to learn about current offers and packages.

We accept all payment methods for your convenience: Cash, UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM), Credit/Debit Cards, and digital wallets. After service completion, we provide a detailed digital invoice via WhatsApp or email showing all work performed, parts used, and costs. This helps you maintain proper service records for your bike.

No! We don't charge any cancellation or rescheduling fee. We understand that plans change. If you need to reschedule or cancel your booking, just call us at least 2 hours before the scheduled time and we'll adjust accordingly. Our goal is to provide flexible, hassle-free service that works with your schedule.
